Us HR folk often become the mediators of unusual interpersonal issues. Though we may want to ignore them, doing so can allow the situation to blossom into a real problem. This course will dive into methods you can use to nip awkward situations in the bud. (And some techniques on how to keep a straight face.)

Catherine fell into HR 20 years ago and hasn't looked back. Her specialties and interests include ethics, difficult HR and organizational dynamics issues, the pursuit of work/life balance, and discussing and writing about them all.
